Q: Is there expiration date？
A: CosmeDog does not use any preservatives at all. Please consume our
soaps within about a year after your purchases.
Q: What is lye？
A: It is Sodium Hydroxide,a necessary ingredient for making soap. Its
strong alkaline makes soap-making process a little dangerous. Cosmedog
soaps are aged long enough and safe. Aging process generates a lot of
natural glycerin that makes your skin moist.
Q: Any recommendations on storage condition?
A: Natural handmade soaps are not good at humidity. It is recommended
that soaps are kept dry (or it will just melt more easily).
Q: Some soaps are not as foamy.
A: You might feel some of our natural soaps are not as foamy as the
others, that depends on the kinds of oils used (such as olive oil)in a soap.
However, foamy is not equivalent to the cleaning power. Soaps on the
market use chemicals to make them more foamy. Even if a soap of your
concern is not foamy, you can still make it like the way you would want by
using a sponge or other items.
Q: Can I return the item？
A: Yes, of course. Even if we use healthy and safe ingredients, they may
not fit to everybody's skin. If you do not think our soap is not right to your
skin, we will give you a refund.
